Dear Sir

I send for the approval of the
Committee on Grounds, a plan I propose for laying
out the extension of Fountain Avenue.

This Avenue is so situated that there is a great
deal of passing over it, and on that account, as
looks as for the sake of the general appearance of
that path of the Cemetery, I think something should be
done.

There is in the land to be graded there some land
suitable for screening for mixing with our cement, and
I should be glad to have your action on this plan, that
when opportunity offers, I may make a beginning
