Danl W Job Esq
Dear Sir,
Your favor of is
received. I am very sorry that you should be
displeased at the appearance of the Lot 4070.
During the winter of 1873 and spring of 1874 I sent
two different circulars to your address, asking
you if you woh wished anything done to the lot
and giving the prices. I did not receive either
of these circulars returned; hence understood
that you desired nothing done; as in the order
given for care$8 & plants$4 for 1873 no mention is
made of the fact that you wish the order
to continue until forbid. I enclose blank for
your signature. We will charge you only half
price for care for balance of season & continue
on at same price as in 1873 for the following years
if you desire us to do so
Very Respectfully
Jas. W. Lovering Supt
