Dear Sir

You can make the lot you own
here square in two ways.

1^st By purchasing enough land (13 ft I think) to move
your corner posts out so as to make a square lot, thus
adding to the lot a few feet.

2^nd you can relocate your lot, keeping the same
quantity of land as you now own but moving the
four posts, so as to make a square lot & keep the
same quantity. The only expense here would be
the cost of moving the two posts and filling the old holes _

attended to.
