If I can find suitable Sod as the Stone Farm
which I would propose, the cost will be reduced
to $150.

containing Bill for Care of lot [?] for
year 1874 is received. I know
not what arrangements you may
have made with any outside parties
but we only carried out your
written instructions when we
cared for the lot, and having
done and performed the work I
see no reason why the charge
should be abated.
