Dear Sir

The following lots are unpaid for this day.
^#4090 _ 4116 _ 4150 _ 4171 _ 4190 add _ 4205 _ 4303 _ 4308 _ 4331 _ 4333 _ 4334
4352 and all subsequent numbers sold after this date.

You will allow no interment whatever, to be made in
any one of these lots, (whether previous interments have been
made or not) except on presentation of the deed or Treasurer's
certificate of^that lot is paid for, and it is made your duty from
this time to correct this list from the Secretary's files at this
office, about the 1^st of each month, so as to have a correct list
of all lots sold & not paid ford, to all of which the above applies.

I see that an interment was made in lot ^#4205 in June
last, notwithstanding my letter of Jany. 10. 1874. Please explain.
I shall receive no excuse hereafter for any violation of this
regulation, and you will notify me in case any notice is
received for an interment in an unpaid lot, and will not
permit it except by my written order.
