Thus far I am & was correct, but in affirming that this
charge is the same as in 1873 I have made an error
for in 1873 The charge for plants was 1.50 in each
lot and this year it was made, through the mistake
of copying the orders as they read, literally, just twice
as much as it ought to be. I have therefore abat[ed]
from the charge for plants ^$1.50 on each lot & render herewith
the corrected bills. I can forward the orders to Mr. Mackintosh
if you desire, but since the matter is arranged just[ly]
now I shall wait before doing so until you
request it
