At 7:40 P.M., the regular monthly meeting was
called to order by Chairman Wong.

The roll was called. All were present.

After the approval of the previous minutes, an informal
discussion concerning the joining of a Bible class, and concerning
the detailed arrangements and preparations for the
coming social gathering followed. Mr. Wong voluntarily
took charge of the work given up by the social committee.

The following committees were appointed: Mr. C. Chan,
decoration committee; Messrs. W. Meh and W. Chang, reception
committee.

The athletic committee reported its activities.

Having no further business, the meeting adjourned
at 8:42 A.M.
