Nov. 16. 1918.

The meeting began at 7:40. Chairman
read the letter from the Western Chinese
Students Alliance. A representative was
requested to be sent. Mr. Mei was chosen.

The next meeting was to be cancelled
according to the opinion of majority.
Since nothing was suggested and discussed,
the meeting was adjourned.
