Dec. 6. 1918

The meeting was called to order by
Chairman Chang at 7:00. Mr. Chi was
called to report that our proposed work
of publishment be postponed on account
of the financial difficulty and
lack of time. This was followed by the
announcement made by Chairman
that next quarter all the first year
men be requested to stay in the Encina
Hall. The treasurer reported that $4.50
was left. Mr. Chi made the motion
that that sum be used up to provide
a tea party at the end of this quarter.
It was seconded and passed. The meeting
was closed with another announcement
by Chairman that the first meeting
of next quarter would be held on
Jan 2nd evening for electing new
officers of the club.
