Special Meeting

The meeting was called to order by President
F.Y. Chuck at 12:45 P.M.

The following matters were discussed:-

(1) A motion was made that one person
should be elected to take charge of the
kitchen.

The motion was passed.

H.C. Wong was elected to take charge
of the kitchen.

(2) A motion was made that we will
buy some wood for the fire place; and that
the money for the wood will be contributed
by the members.

The motion was passed.

The meeting adjourned at 1:00 P.M.
