Status: Needs Review

A special meeting was called Feb. 24th at
12:15 0' clock. Chairman Wong brought up the
discussion of staging a play in San Francisco
in the near future to help out the Southern
Government and part of the proceeds to be turned
over to the use of the club. After lengthy
discussion Mr. Foy made a motion to
stage the show for 3 days with the proceeds
of the first two days to go towards
helping the Southern Government and the
returns of the third day to be put to the use
of our Club House. Mr. [Chu?] seconded.
Next, Mr. Hahn elected Mr. Lee and Mr. and Mr. Chi
Wong to act as committee in arranging the
time and place for this show. Upon
approval of the members it was decided
to allow Mr. Lee to give tea parties to
people he wishes to talk over the show
with, with the maximum expense for each
person being set at 25 cents.

As there was no further business, the
meeting was adjourned at 1 pm sharp.
