Meeting was opened at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 5th 1923.

Minutes of the previous meeting was read
and approved to [?].

Present business: The question of Mr. W.P. Chang's unpaid
board bill was brought up. [?] moved and
seconded that the amount of the board be deducted
from the income to the club for services.
moved and seconded that a letter be written to
Mr. Chang.

Mr. H.C. Wong tendered his resignation from his
position in the Executive Council, but it failed
to be accepted. It was moved and carried by
Mr. Wong's suggestion that everybody be
compelled to fill in 1/2 hr. cleaning House on
Saturdays.

Mr. Hao moved that the student body
picture be published in the Chinese Student
Quarterly. Passed that Club pay $5.00 toward
defraying the charges.
