Special Meeting

The meeting was held in [Yuan?] Tong
Low. S. F. Sep Oct. 1, 1922.

The following members and alumni
were present:

Messrs. N.Y. Yue, Gumdock Chan,
Ta'am Wu, H.C. Wang, D. Che Henry
D. Chen, Haw, Wang and F. Y.
Chuck and S.C. Tan and Dr. James
Ho.

The first business was the discussion
of the rules regulating the renting rooms
& the applicants. It was suggested that
the poorer [needy?] and private students be
given the preference in renting the rooms
In case The number of persons living
in the house is to the limited to 20.

If a student whose manners and custom
are disagreeable to live with the [Americans?]
