Mr. Taam Wu submitted his resignation, which was
not accepted. At this point, M. S. C. that the
election of the members of the executive council,
which will have no place in the revised
constitution to be adopted, should be postponed.

The committee on the revision of the constitution
represented by Mr. Faw Yap Chuck, its chairman,
submitted its report. The revised constitution
was adopted with a few changes. (amendments.)
