Status: Needs Review

Special Meeting, Nov. 2, 1923

1. Meeting called to order by the President. Minutes of
the previous meeting was read and corrected.

2. The question was brought up as to how the rebates
from the Bookstore should be disposed of. There
were remarks that the fund had already been
given to the House, to be used at the discretion of the
Manager. The question was thus referred to the
House Manager. The Manager reported that he had
assumed responsibility for the fund, but that he
would place it back to the disposal of the
members if they should so desire.

3. There were motions that future rebates from the
Bookstore be used for buying books for the Club,
and that the fund be deposited in bank as
a sinking fund for depreciation of the building.
But both motions were lost for want of a
second.

4. The meeting was then adjourned.
