Members suggested that the president should
inquire after the opinions of the absent members con-
cerning the matter, & the business was put off.

President submitted then reported the third part of [his?]
program, namely the Ban
that the club is going to to prepare an Arrival Banquet to
be given to
for Alumni & Trustees. It was carried
To be considered later
. As this is the custom for past
years the matter is settled without much discussion.

President again submitted to the club a third motion, the fourth part of his program
namely
to have a picture taken for the Basket players,
all those players who went out for practice [meet?].
Mr. Wu moved that the picture should not include
those who did not actually play as a team member.
The motion was defeated. The date for the picture
was fixed on next Saturday afternoon.

The fifth item of the program was concerning
the prize of
Mr. Chih, the 象棋 champion was awarded a prize Hsan Chih champion-
ship. The prize was
of four dollars 15 cents. In addition a hand-
some picture would be taken for Mr. Chih.

Hand Ball & tennis tournaments were
propsed and carried By marjoriy vote. Prizes were
offered By Taam & Sah respectively.

Wei Chih tournament were was proposed &
carried. prize was offered By K.C. [Yeung?].

Hsan Chih 象棋 tournament proposed & carried.
Mr. Chih offered a prize for it.
