Mr. Huang resigned the office of
English secretary to the club. Motion passed.

Mr. Huang representing the Eating
Club, proposed to the Club-House manager that
the Eating Club will take care of the
kitchen, the back porch, the dining room
and the social room, instead of paying
to the Club-House for the cleaning. House
manager Kwaan accepted the proposal.

Mr. H.C. Wang suggested that
the Eating Club clean these rooms on
Saturday afternoons. The suggestion was
accepted.

The president brought up the question
of the Pacific Relation Conference. Mr.
T. Wu moved that :-

(1) The president will be one of
our delegates, and
(2) In addition, the president will
appoint two more members.
(3) The delegates are to receive
