Mr. I. Huang moves that a peti-
tion be sent to the Board of Directors of the Club House
to request asking to make it obligatory for the House Manager Send in a executed budget financial report every
quarter.

Mr. [Taan?] seconded the motion & was passed
unanimously.

Mr. 周自安 Chow C. On moved that it be inquired into
the manager to report on the cleaning fee [collected?]
paid out received and receivable and
paid out since the Spring quarter and return
the surplus to the members if there's any.
Mr. C. Pei seconded the motion.
Motion was passed.

Mr. T. Wu moved that the club request the
house manager to have necessary repairs made
rainy season.
Motion seconded by I. Huang passed unanimously.

Mr. I. Huang resigned resigned as manager
of eating club. (This is in form of motion)
