Meeting called to order 7:30 by C.C. Wu.

Minutes of previous read and
passed.

Mr. Y.W. Yeung make a brief
report on financial conditions
of club.

Mr. H.C. Wong refuses to accept
the position of presidency of the
Chinese Students' Club to which he was
elected.

Mr. Y.W. Yeung resigned as treasurer
of club. His resignation was accepted.
Mr. Hsieh also resigned as
athletic manager. Mr. Hsieh's
resignation was also accepted.
The resignation of the various
officers required the holding of
another election, the results of
which are as follows :-
