Meeting called to order by Pres. Fong
at 7:35 pm. May 18, 1928, Friday.

Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.

President appointed C.C. Wu as temporary secretary
as Mr. Leong the secretary elected did not
care to record the minutes.

President introduced Mr. C.J. Lo, the new
member, who responded by telling of his plan
to stay at Marine Station.

President outlined the order of items for this
meeting as follows:
1. Election of treasurer
2. Club dues
3. Cable gram from Shanghai
4. Western section Conference

Result of election: C.C. Wu elected
by 5 votes as treasurer.

Wu suggested that a new Eng. secretary be
elected. Pres. accepts the suggestion.
Result of election: C.J. Lo elected by
7 votes as Eng. Sec'y. Wu turns over
