The meeting was called to order by President Ho.
Mr. Ho suggested that the number of nominees
should be 5. It was put in the form
of a motion and it was passed.

Candidates for president for next quarternomin-
ated are:
[Siegon?] Chow 3
John How 7 (elected)
P'ei Chien 3

Mr. John How was elected president for the
winter quarter. The new President takes
the chair and subordinate officers are
elected.

Abolition of the election of sergeant-at-arms,
librarian, night school principal was passed.

Nomination open for English Secretary.
F.[G?] Wang (elected)
Charles Li 5

Chinese secretary, C.Y. [Sen?] was elected.

Nomination for treasurer: Mr. C. Wang was
elected but withdrawn. Then Mr. S.K. Chow
was automatically elected.

For athletic manager, P'ei Chien was elected.
