buy a page in the Quad.
It was second by [?] W.L. Chan.
[This?] motion was passed.

Mr. CC. Chang made a motion that
every member pays $1.50.

Mr. Quan made an amendment that
the balance every student be assessed $1.50 and will be paid by the club.
Mr. Moy seconded the motion.
The motion and amendment was carried.
