Autumn Quarter - 1936

Oct. 2, 1936 -- First Meeting

Meeting was called to order by Pres. Yung Wong, 7:50 A.M.
Pres. Wong greeted new students and read constitution of
club.

Treasurer Hugh Lee read the financial report of the club -
present balance $1.03

A petition was presented to amend the Constitution -- Sect. 7 Article IV
by Will Lee, Hugh Lee & John C. Young. It was proposed
to change the term of office from "one scholastic quarter to one
scholastic year." The motion was put to a vote but
was not carried.

Election of officers -- new officers are as follows:
President -- Yung Wong
Vice President -- Will Win Lee
Chinese Sec. -- Francis Woo
Honorary English sec. -- Y.C. Teni
English sec. -- Arthur Chun
Treasurer -- Hugh Lee
Athletic Manager -- Richard Tam

It was announced that dues would be .50 [c-?] 1st
quarter for old students and .75 [c-?] for new
students.
