Special meeting

Meeting called to order 7:30 by President Hugh
Lee after in accordance with petition previously
submitted.

A suggestion was brought forth to hold a social
gathering for club members on and off campus for
the purpose of promoting closer friendship and mutual
interests.

The discussion was, however, toward into the
directed towards the condition of the clubhouse
and its management.

Mr. Arthur Chun moved that a committee
appointed elected to investigate the matter of rearranging
the management of the clubhouse. Motion passed [12?]

The committee was

Arthur Chun & Yung Wong were elected
as members of the committee. It was understoo[d]
that the house-manager - John Young - was to be
chairman of the committee.

Arthur Chun proposed that a committee
be f[orm]ed to revise the constitution of the club.

It was moved that the secretary pass
[illegible]pries of the present constitution to be studied by
the members.
