Mrs. Pi called the meeting to
order at 4:15 PM.

Dr. Chuck called on the history
of the Students Clubhouse, and the
Reason for its building because of the
difficulty of obtaining Room for the
Chinese students.

Dr. Chuck did not approve, according
to the Alumni Association of [?] a
committee of 3 to be equally responsible
for the duty of house manager.

Dr. Chuck suggested the idea of [by?]
the members elect a house manager to
take care of [cleaning?] the house & also
to [?] the alumni club appoint a
person to collect the rent & also [?]
a auditor elected to check up the accounts.

Mr. Yeh made a motion to
overthrow the [?] & its
motion concerning the house managers.
Seconded by Mr. Lee. Motion carried.
