Chairman introduced the President,
who welcomed the other members guests to the Chinese
New Year's tea party.

Chairman introduced Dr. Shen who
was the speaker of the evening. Dr. Shen
spoke to the students informally on
the life of the students in England
and other aspects of college life.

Mr. Louie then spoke on the
plans of remodeling the clubhouse.
A raffle was decided upon and
the drawing will be held in the
city San Francisco.
