The time was set for 3:30 p.m. for par-
ticipants to meet at the clubhouse.
It was estmated that 34 members &
friends would attend. All agreed that
members should be charged $1.25
per person and guests $.75 per person.
So far $20.25 was collected.
Mr. Lim Yee adjourned the meeting
at 9:20
