Autumn Quarter 1944-45

The meeting was called to
order by President George Leong at
8:45 P.M. The minutes of the last
meeting was read and approved.

A general recount of the club's
pass activities was given by the
President.

Following this was the election
of new officers, and the results
were as follows:

President - George Leong
Vice Pres. - Dorothy Chin
Sect'y & Treas. - Norman Wong

For the social activities of the
Autumn Quarter, the members
decided that there will be two
social functions this Quarter instead
of the usual one, namely an
outing and an indoor social gathering.
For the outing, it was decided that
a picnic to Alum Rock on Nov. 4, 19[44]
would be most appropriate, leaving
the campus at 4:30 P.M.
