Autumn Quarter 1944-45

Oct. 27, 1944

The meeting was called to order by Geo
President George Leong at 8:45 P.M. The
minutes of the last meeting were read and
approved.

Three main issues were brought up in this
meeting, namely, a discussion on the picnic
which is to be held on November 4 at 4:30 P.M.,
discussion on the Quad, and on the coming
dance.

Raymond [Lym?] suggested that the coming
picnic would be more successful if the picnic
was declared open instead of closed. A vote
ensued, and there was an unanimous agreement
that the picnic be opened. For each guest
any member will bring, a sum of seventy-five
cents will be charged to cover the costs of
transportation and food. An estimate of 21
guests will be expected at the picnic.

The members decided to have a page of
individual pictures on this year's Quad. This
amounts to $34, each member contributing $1.25
each.
