The first meeting of the quarter was
called to order by President George Leong at 8:55 P.M.
Minutes were read and approved.
Elections for officers of this quarter took place, and
the results were as following:

President - George Leung
Vice-president - Frank Mock
Secretary + Treasurer - Dorothy Chin

George Leong read an announcement of the
Chinese Students' Intercollegiate Conference to be
held, January 20, 1945 at the University of Calif.
The club planned to go together so that Stanford's
Chinese Student Club would have a large represent-
ation. It was also announced that on that same day
the Stanford Chinese Basketball team will play Cal's team.
A talent show will be given also on that day and
Stanford's representatives will be:

Allen Louie - Helen Chinn - Ida M. Lew
Evelyn Dang - Raymond Woo - Yee Sing Yee

Following this discussion about
the conference, the club decided to have only
one event this quarter besides attending the
Intercollegiate Conference. The event will be
a dance February 24 at the Women's Club -
house Chairman of the dance is Frank Mock,
