Dr. Chiang [Fran-lin?]
A [?] of Dr. Chiang's speech
covered the following points:
1. The Coomunist problem - this
is a European as well as a Chinese
problem.
2. Russia's future in the Far
East —
a. Take over the Eastern
Railroad in Manchuria.
b. Leave Port Arthur
c. Take over Manchuria
entirely.
3. China believes in equalitarian.
Will she be democractic or dictatorial?
In the evening, the Chinese students
had a dinner at [?] in house
of Dr. Chiang. Guests included S.U.
Chan, Vice Consul Wu, Dr. Sah.
