The meeting was called
to order by President Baron
Lowe.

A motion was made to elect
officers for the summer quarter.

Woon Chan was elected
vice-pres. and Robert [Ching?] Sec.
& treas.

A motion was made
to elect a conference representative.
Woon Chan was chosen.

The club decided to
throw two functions for the
quarter. July 14th was
selected as the date for a
picnic at Alum's Rock
Park and Aug. 11th for
an open dance.

The pres. adjourned the
meeting
