First meeting of the new year was called to order by President Jack Quan
at 8 P.M. Minutes of Spring Quarter (May 22) and Summer Quarter (June 26)
were read - also approved & passed. Introduction of all members

Report by Jack Quan on the Intercollegiate Conference:
Conference theme subject to another division approval so will be
announced later.

Estimated budget - $5000 for coming conference (1948)
to help out financially, Christmas Cards will
be sold by the schools.

Announcement of J.H. Hale College Dance - all urged to attend.

Letter from an interior decorator who wishes to decorate our hall
for the big game dance - will reply when we get a hall.

Election of officers: President - Jimmy Chang
Vice-president - Low [Nom?] Chan
Sect'y Treasurer - [Jenny?] Lee

Old Business: Al Fong check up on Book Drive at CSCA
Committee to rewrite constitution
Delbert Wong - chairman - ask for other app't [?] embers

Dance Committee should investigate dance hall & price and
should present plans at next meeting.
