NOTICE TO HOUSE MANAGERS

Include in this Recorder:

1. House list of members each quarter.
(a list is also sent to Counselor's office each quarter)

2. Members present and Proceedings of
each HOUSE meeting.

3. Register names of all visitors, either
during House parties or short visit.

4. At the end of each year or quarter, summarize
the events which were the most important.

5. In short, make this book be an historic
ledger of the Chinese Clubhouse.
Include all events, meetings, parties,
donations, etc. - This book will be
invaluable in the future.

6. A the end of each full year or (summer
Quarter), the Recorder of this book
must sign his name for future reference.
