(I) Austin's leg was broken in an accident
this place was taken by Mr. Van Vahlenburg.

(II) Shanti had to go to Wisconsin & his place
was taken by Mr. Look

In both of these cases a pro rata reduction was
made for Mr Look & Mr Van Vahlenburg with the balance
of the rent paid by the former previous occupant. The same
arrangement was made with Mr. Grider who took
the room which had been held for Hubert Wang before
he decided not to return. In each case full rent was
earned by each room for the Quarter.
