10. On clean-up day the kitchen walls and
ceiling were washed, all first floor win-
dows were washed, the library shelves
were put in order, the backyard

11. The front lawns were spiked and fertilized
by the Corporation Yard for $20 10/7/54

12. A portion of the back porch floor was
repaired by Don Cheu and Marty
Lee at a cost of $5. 10/8/54

13. A protecting box was built around
the new electric meter and main
by Don Cheu and also painted 11/5/54

14. The old ping pong room was partitioned
by Marty Lee into a spacious
two man room increasing the
income of the Clubhouse by about
$110. Cost of partitioning about $250.

15. A $4 Chistmas tree was donated to
the Clubhouse by Don Cheu and
Don Tsang.
