House Meeting January 6, 1955 10 pm

Members present: Luke Chan, C.K. Chang; Don Cheu, K.Y. Chu,
Martin Lee, Young Lee, William Leong,
Michael Lin, Che-Fu Wang, and Ernesto Yhap.

Members absent: Street Chang, L.S. Tong.

Matters discussed

1. It was decided that there would be [no?] work day Winter
quarter.

2. The following charges were decided upon for the priviledge
of using the kitchen
Breakfast only ···· .75/quarter
Lunch only ····· 1.00/quarter
Dinner only ····· 1.25/quarter
and any combination of the above three
would be charged accordingly.

3. The house members were emphatically reminded that any
repeated violations of the kitchen rules would mean
loss of kitchen priviledges without return of the
charged money.

4. The members of the house would reminded to keep the house
and their own rooms in good condition or face having
the house condemned by the Public Health Nurse.

5. Because of the increased cost in the gas-electricity bill,
everyone was requested to turn off the lights when
they were through.

6. Everyone was told not to change the position of the thermostat,
or hot-air registers because it would foul up the entire
heating system for the house.

7. Quiet hours are from 2-5 pm' 7-10 pm; & 11pm - 6 AM
