House Meeting [illegible] April 11, 1955 10:30 pm

- All members present.

Matters Discussed:

This was an emergency house meeting because
of the nurse's treat to close the kitchen.
The entire meeting was thrown open to
discussion and these are the main
conclusions reached by the house:

1) The condition of the kitchen was up to
individual responsibility

2) Each night the kitchen floor should
be washed and the sink area cleaned

2a) Therefore, two men were assigned to
each night except Saturday.

Monday - S. Chang & D. Cheu
Tuesday. - Y. Lee & L.S. Tong
Wednesday - L. Chan & M. Lee
Thursday - G. Lau & E. Peralta
Friday - K. Chu & P. Senat
Sunday - M. Lin & C. Wang

2b) Those on duty each day were to supervise
everyone using the kitchen that day.

3.) A new set of more exacting kitchen rules
should be made

4) A. Chart [indicating?] all infractions
of the rules by house members should
be posted.

5. The new and revised rules were to be strictly
enforced
