July -- [elections and duties of officials]
A. Officers shall be elected by the majority vote in the first Clubhouse meeting every quarter, and shall hold office till next election. In case of absence of other of the officers, a special meeting for election shall be held.
B. Officers and their duties
(1) House Manager
- Maintenance and upkeep of the residence
- coordination of all activities, including athletic and social activities
- representation to the University adn the Chinese Alumni Association
(2) Treasurer
- Charge of income of expenditure of the Clubhouse
- Presentation of financial status quarterly
- Assistance to Manager in performing his duties

C. The Clubhouse, by written petition fo at least two-third of its members, can elect new officers at any time in case of unsatisfactory performance.

D. Compensation to the House Manager and Treasurer shall be $30 per quarter.
E. In case an officer quits his post before next election, the compensation shall be divided between the replacing and replaced officers in proportion to the time they hold office in that particular quarter.

Article VI -- House Rents
A. Time of Payment -- Deadline shall be the middle of each quarter. The date shall be set by the Treasurer.

B. Tardy Payment -- A $2 fine per-week-tardy, btu allowance can be made by teh Manager and Treasurer.

C. Room rent per quarter, effective April 1959.
