E. House Rents for "Between Quarter" periods
- The house member will be charged for his residence in this house during
the "Between Quarter" period, unless he has established in this house
a residence of two or more than two successive quarters with the above
mentioned period between them. The rent for "Between Quarter" period is
subject to Art. VI, Sec.F.
- The boundaries of a quarter are defined as the first day of registration
and the first Sunday following the final examinations.

F. Temporary residents and visitors are allowed at the discretion of the
Manager. The rent for them is one dollar per day and seven dollars per
week. If he lives longer than one week and participates in the weekly house
duties, the rent shall be six dollars per week. The temporary residents
may, upon the approval of the manager, enjoy the kitchen priviledge during
his stay.

ARTICLE VII -- HOUSE DUTIES
A. On Weekly basis -- All members participate.

B. Time Limits on Duties -- Performed not earlier than 12 o'clock at noon,
Thursday and not later than 12 o'clock midnight,
Sunday

C. Tardy Duties
- A fine of $1 must be payable to the Treasurer within two weeks after the
day the duty is scheduled.
- The delinquent must complete the duty before 5 P. N. Tuesday.
- Two successive offenses - Late Duties - will neccesitate a general house
meeting to out the delinquent.

ARTICLE VIII -- KITCHEN REGULATIONS
A. Kitchen Fees -- $10 for Non-member
$5 for member

B. Kitchen Duty -- performed everyday by cooking members, not later than
12 o'clock midnight
-- Late duty is subject to a fine of $1 which must be payable
to the Treasurer within two weeks after the date of violation

C. All kitchen facilities should be cleaned and put in order by persons who
use the kitchen. Penalties are subject to a fine of 50¢ for each violation

D. Repeated violations of kitchen regulations may lead to loss of kitchen
priviledge

E. All fines (including those on tardy house duties) must be payable within two weeks
after the date of violation, after which an addition fine of 50¢ per week
shall be added.
