II. Two house meetings were held during
the quarter. In the meeting of Jan. 4,
Thomas Tieh was elected house
manager and S.G. Liu treasure, other
important decisions made in that meeting
are the following :

(1) A 10 percent raise of room rental
and 20 percept raise of kitchen fee.

(2) The appointment of Lit Ma as
the coordinator to contact the university
about {insert}reconstructing{/insert} the house parking lot which was
partially damaged during the construction
of the new post office. (Lit has
done a great job, as a result of his
efforts we have right now a brand new
parking lot and we are also promised
to have a new enclosed garage area.
