At the same meeting, the merits of each
and every member shall be considered. If
found unsatisfactory, his membership
shall be reduced to probationary.

The manager shall be responsible
for making note about the member's
conduct and general behaviours throughout
the quarter, and presenting his recommenda-
tion at this meeting.

Non admission of new members and
reduction to probationary membership
of old members shall require two thirds
of the Total Number of House Members.

At this meeting, new officers for
the following quarter shall be elected.
The new officers however, shall not
take office untill the following quarter
begins.

4. A beach party was scheduled on May 21st.

5. Big House duty was scheduled on April 2nd.

2nd meeting, 7:30 PM Monday May 16

The meeting was called with {insert}the{/insert} following
notice posted on May 3:

In accordance to the house regulation
Article VII (House duties) Paragraph C (Tardy duties)
section 3 "Two successive offenses - late
duties - will necessitate a general house
meeting to consider oust such a delinquent." I
hereby call for a general house meeting
to consider such a delinquent, Mr.
George Guy, at 7:30 PM Monday
evening, May 16.

DUe to the gravity of this meeting, I
request that all house members to attend.
