During this meeting two other items
shall be included in the agenda:

1. Find arrangement for the picnic on May 21.
2. Election of Manager and Treasurer for
the (sp) summer quarter, 1960

Mr. George GUy only attended the meeting
briefly to present his case.

The action taken during this meeting
were as follows:

1. Prior to any motion was made, the
Manager presented the case of Mr. Guy's
violation of the house regulation. Mr.
Guy's written statement* to the Manager was
read and Mr. Guy also presented his own case.
In the ensuing discussion, a clarification
was made that whether a house duty
was completed or not was up to the
discretion of the manager only. Therefore
Mr. George Guy had violated the
regulation.

2. It was moved, seconded and passed that
in order to enforce Article VII paragraph C
of the house regulation a two thirds
affirmative vote by the house members
are required.

3. In the case of Mr. George Guy, the
necessary number of affirmative votes
were not casted and the Article VII
paragraph C of the house regulation
