4. A motion was made, seconded and carried by
an unanimous vote to define the probationary
members as follows:

a. He shall have no right to vote and
hold office

b. He can be expell from the house
by a majority vote of the house
members.

5. As a displinary action, Mr. George Guy
was reduced to a probationary member
for the following quarter by nine (9)
affirmative votes.

6. The picnic scheduled at the first meeting
was cancelled due to lack of interest
in this function.

7. A motion was made by Yen and Thomas
that Article VI section F of the house
regulation be amended to read as follows.

Each full member shall be
entitled the privilege of having three (3)
nights, free of charge, for his male guests
to stay over night in a member's room.
This motion was carried unanimously.

8. Mr. Kenneth Chow and Mr. George Thomas
were elected manager and treasurer
respectively for the summer quarter.

Special Events:

Most of the matters decided during the
first meeting were carried out during
the first part of the quarter.. Contract
with [Man Barrot?] Co. was signed.
