Attendance : all members except Mr. Lit-Ning
Ma who is excused due to personal comittment.

Contents: A brief history and nature of the
Club House was given for the benefit of new
house members. General operation for maintaining the
House was explained. Special ateential was called
on weekly house duties and the Special house
duty. The use of kitchen (privileges & duties) was
also explained. Quite hours was not specified
on the condition that there should be no complains.
Should complains arise, a quite hours will be
imposed.

A social party is to be scheduled
on the 8th day of Oct for celebrating both the Moon
