Festival and the double tenth day. A committee
consist of YANG, YEN, MA, TIEH & CHAN. Will
work on the details and the rest of the members
shall participate with their efforts.

The special house duty will be carried out
in two days. The first day is scheduled on
Oct 2, Sunday for painting the back porch,
hall way in front of the rear bath room, and
the main stair-case. Participants are TIEH,
group leader, J.D. Chang and Raj Metha.
The second day is scheduled on 9th Oct.
Group leaders and duties will be assigned later.

Mr. Raj Metha will use kitchen only on
weekends. A fee of $3.00 will be charged to him
and he is to do 1/3 of the house kitchen duties.
Mr. W. Lee will use kitchen only for breakfast and
lunches. A fee of $6.00 will be charted to him
and he is to do 2/3 of the kitchen duties.

Draw of kitchen duty schedule was held.

An application for partial board (3 times
a week) was submitted to the meeting by
Mr. James Lee. This was rejected on
the ground that no [eating?] group would
absorb him and there would be difficulties
in assigning duties.

The 1st draft of a newly prepared constitution
was read. Members are expected to
contemplate on it. Changes will be reade
and will be reread on the second House
meeting.
