(1) All probationary members are promoted
to full members by unanimous
approval of full members.

(2) Constitution of the Club House along
with rules and regulations are
read once again. Changes are made
and approved by members.

(3) Unanimous approval of all full members
passed the Constitution, rules & regulations.
The final form of such will be
typed and mimeographed in a later
date.

(4) New officers are elected
Chairman : Roland K.L Chan
Secretary : Warner Lee
Treasurer : K.J. Tong

They shall take office during the winter quarter, 1961.
