Winter quarter, 1961

I. House members -

Same as previous quarter
except that all former probationary
members have become full members

II. First House meeting, Jane. 3, 1961

1. All members in attendance

2. The application of Mr. Art Dang
for board was approved

3. The big House duty was scheduled
for the weekend of Jan. 14-15.
Have desiring to work specifically
on Saturday, the 14th, were Tong,
Mehta, and Lee. Those specifically
desiring Sunday were Shaw, J.D.
Chang, & I.C. Chang. The others
would be assigned [wther?] Saturday
or Sunday.

Sugestions for Big House Duties
include : paint 2nd floor hallway,
paint living room, replace porch
linoleum with asbestos tile [squares?],
& scrape paint off the residences of
the door between living room &
dining room.

4. New Furniture.

It was brought out that there
were $350 appropriated from a
previous quarter for new furniture.
A committee was formed composed
of Chan, Tong, Tieh, & Shaw to look
into the matter further.

5. New constitution will be typed
& mimeographed by Lee [expensed?]
out to members.
