1. An introduction of probationary members and
old members is made by chairman.
2. Organization of the big dinning group by 6
members
3. Mr. Tieh, Mr. Bhagawa & Mr. Shah's applications
for using kitchen facilities are approved by
majority of the meeting.
4. No fractionalized kitchen fee and kitchen duty
are passed by the majority vote.
5. Boarder's kitchen fee: $15
6. Big house duty is set on Sept. 30
7. No body interest in the social functions, however
small social projects are welcome by the house
in case of anyone likes to bring it in.
