First House Meeting

1. Big house cleaning duty: Jan. 13
1st floor washroom painting

2. Mr. Tieh, Mr. Bhagawa, Mr. Shah, & Mr.
Chang's (張潤書 Joseph S. Chang) application for using kitchen
facilities were approved. Mr. Bhagawa &
Mr. Shah will share a compartment and
kitchen fee will be reduced by reasonable
amount.

3. Saturday house duty will be assigned on the
take-turn basis.

4. Ask the safty engineer to put the "sign
"Do Not Park in the backyard passage."

5. Mr. Shiue was elected as social chairman
of the Clubhouse and he will carry
out some social functions this quarter.
